Do I need an appointment?
Yes, we highly recommend booking an appointment to ensure we can accommodate you at your preferred time. This also allows us to prepare everything for your arrival. You can book via WhatsApp or through our online booking system.
Are walk-ins accepted?
While we prioritize appointments, walk-ins are welcome subject to availability. We recommend calling ahead to check if there are any available slots to avoid disappointment.
Is Aora Spa Muslim-friendly?
Yes! Aora Spa is Muslim-friendly. We offer female-only services with female therapists, and our products are halal-certified. We respect and accommodate all our guests’ preferences and requirements.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Absolutely! We understand plans can change. Please inform us at least 24 hours before your appointment to reschedule. You can easily do this via WhatsApp or by calling our branch directly.
What should I prepare before my treatment?
For the best experience, we recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early. Avoid heavy meals before your treatment. Inform your therapist of any allergies, health conditions, or areas you’d like them to focus on. We provide everything else you need!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online transfers (FPX). Some branches also accept e-wallets like Touch ‘n Go and GrabPay. Please confirm with your chosen branch for specific payment options.
